• Can I change the shipping address after I've placed my order?

    After you place an order, the shipping address cannot be changed. In contrast, if you provided an incorrect address, you can cancel the order (before it has been shipped) and place a new order for the same item.

    The order status is automatically updated in the website's My Account >> My Orders section. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account, or if you have any specific questions, you can email us at customercare@prabhasteel.com

  • How can I verify if Prabha Home Needs delivers products to my PIN Code?

    Visit prabhasteel.com and select the item you want to purchase. Enter your local pincode in the Check pin code Availability section on the Product Details Page and click Check. If your area Pin code is usable, an indication will appear on the screen.

  • How can I submit a return request to Prabha Home Needs?

  • How can I cancel the order that I've already placed?

    You can cancel the order if the product hasn't been dispatched yet. Please send us an email at customercare@prabhasteel.com with any questions you may have about your order, as well as to cancel or modify it.

  • How much are the shipping fees?

    For purchases under 500, shipping costs are Rs. 50.

  • Does Prabha Home Needs accept shipping outside of India?

    No. Orders can only be delivered within India.

  • What is your Return Policy?

    Only defects in manufacturing, shipping, or receipt of the wrong product are valid justifications for returns. The usual processing time for returns is seven days. Please send an email to customercare@prabhasteel.com for additional information.

  • What is the estimated delivery time for my orders?

    The delivery period would be between 2 and 7 business days following dispatch (business days excluding Sundays and other holidays) for all areas served by reliable carriers.

  • My order should have arrived by now, but it has yet to arrive. How should I proceed?

    Please check your email and SMS for any notifications from our end regarding delivery times. If there is a delay in the delivery of your order, we typically notify you. If the specified period has passed and you have not received a notification from us, please email customercare@prabhasteel.com and we will offer you a solution.

  • Is there a Cash on Delivery option?

    Yes, we do provide Cash On delivery options

  • How would I know whether my order is accepted?

    You will receive written confirmation that your money has been properly processed when you have completed the checkout process. Additionally, you will receive an email at the registered email address and an SMS to the registered mobile number verifying the order.

  • What happens to the money deducted for a failed order from my debit card, credit card, or net banking?

    A: Transactions that fail are typically rolled back in 7 business days. We regretfully won't be able to speed up this process because the amount of time required varies from bank to bank. Please contact your bank for additional information.

    B. Upon receiving your request, we will start the refund process within 2 business days if the transaction is completed and the funds were successfully credited to our account.

  • Is there a minimum purchase amount needed to purchase from your Prabha Home Needs?

    No there is no minimum amount to purchase from Prabha Home Needs.

  • I ordered a different thing than what I got. What must I do?

    Please retain the item(s) in their original packaging, unused if possible, and contact our customer care staff if you think you received the wrong product. Either a refund will be given or they will work with you to mail the right item again. The incorrect item you received may need to be documented, and we'll pay for the freight to send it back.
