Shipping Policy

At Prabha (Surya Prabha Enterprises), every order is packed with care and dispatched through trusted courier partners across India.

Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Once your payment is confirmed, we dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next working day. During sale, festive, or new-launch periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery location.

Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 business days
  • Other towns & cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days
    Total delivery time = processing time + courier transit time. Timelines are indicative and may vary by location and courier load.

Where We Ship
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or process a refund for that order.

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link and number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Delays Beyond Our Control
Some delays are outside our control, including severe weather or regional disruptions, courier delays, public holidays and festive rush, and incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll track it for you.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before ordering. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details. If a delivery fails and the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our Customer Care within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
