The glass lid is as clear as day one. No clouding, no fogging, no calcium deposits that won't come off. The quality of the glass is clearly high and maintains its clarity with basic cleaning.

I expected the hexagonal pattern to be purely decorative. It's actually raised texture with real depth. You can feel it clearly. This texture is what prevents sticking and creates the non-stick-like release. Genuinely functional design.

Long-simmered bolognese and tomato sauce the tri-ply handles low heat for long periods without burning. The stainless is non-reactive with the acidic tomatoes. The hexa pattern released the sauce completely. Great pasta pot.
