On gas the tri-ply kadhai performs perfectly from the first minute. On induction the 1.8 litre takes slightly longer to reach optimal cooking temperature than my larger induction

Made rajma gravy for 2

Cooked pre-soaked rajma with tomato gravy in this kadhai. Glass lid to monitor consistency, tri-ply for even slow cooking. Rajma came out perfectly soft with rich gravy for two.
